The best restaurant and bar guide in Miami for me is not Yelp. It is called ‘The Infatuation’. I don’t agree 100% of the time but it is the most interesting. And they are not swayed by the $$$$ silly places that abound as of late. The Infatuation is also in more cities every year. That includes Orlando now. They just came out with the ‘Best in Orlando’. The styles and price points are wide. They state, “Nothing says splurge like a dinner at NORMAN’S. The spacious dining room at the Dellagio Town Center has a shining brass bar and windows into the wine cellar”.
We have been in Orlando for over 17 years spending the first 16 of them within the ‘Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes’. While there we were nominated and reached the ‘semi-finalist stage’ for the James Beard’s ‘Best Restaurant USA’. We reached the ‘finalist stage’ for my original iteration of NORMAN’S in Coral Gables in 2005. Additionally we hosted many incredible dinners with guest chefs, winemakers and master sommeliers from all across America! With our newest location we have more in store and I can’t wait to reveal the next gala!
