Celebrate Three’s FIRST anniversary with an epic dinner presented by Chef Norman Van Aken on Wednesday, November 7th benefitting Best Buddies. Enjoy a canapé and cocktail reception in the atrium followed by a 5-course dinner with wine pairing, featuring those that have cooked beside Chef Norman Van Aken in Miami throughout the years.
James Beard Award-winning chef and friend, Michelle Bernstein will commence the evening with a nod to Norman’s Key West roots followed by a presentation of courses from Michael Beltran (Ariete), Phil Bryant, Three’s Chef de Cuisine, Juan Garrido and Pastry Chef, Mame Sow.
